You may want to read the thread just in case there is a way to fix the
problem, or, it may not be fixable at all.

thanks for bringing this to our attention! Doesn't sound like a website
problem, because the installer is multilanguage, so the right file seems
to be served. It looks more like a problem in the Windows installer
itself. Cc'ing Andras, who is working on that IMHO.
