changes, we just adjust the bugassistant.lo redirection on our server, but the hardcoded URL in 
LibreOffice stays the same.

https://bugassistant.libreoffice.org/ (SSL)

is the bug assistant while

http://bugassistant.libreoffice.org/ (no SSL)

displays http://libreoffice.org/
