[libreoffice-website] Opening a new page for the Paris Region Party Registration

Hi,

I have to open separate registrations for the Paris Region Party on the
13th. There are two reasons for this:
1) security reasons
2) there will be a lot of people who are not attending the actual
conference who will join us that night to celebrate.

We already have the registrations for the conference attendees and
their participation to the event. I'd need the ability for people who
are not already registered to put their names and email address. The
result can be given over in the form of a spreadsheet to the Paris
Region logistics. I'm designing the page right now. Any volunteer to
set up the form?
