[libreoffice-website] Favicon

Hello all (long time no see :))

After a 6 month hiatus (moving, new job, moving again), I'd like to
resume my contributions to the LibO website + design projects. A new
download page is my first main goal (a revamp based on 2-3 month old
discussions) - I'll have some more on that soon. Baby steps first
though; I noticed that our favicon is rather out of date (i.e., from
the pre-Paulo era). As such, I've created a new favicon at [1]
containing 16x16 and 32x32 sizes based on the current icons. If there
are no objections, Christian, could you please upload it?
