Could I just ask what the logic is behind having l10n lists and NL
lists? Why the split?
Because several people are interested by native-lang community work but 
not in localization. This is the case for French for example where there 
is a lot of people working on QA, doc or marketing but we are only 1 or 
2 in the localization team. In the same way, those doing localization 
are not interested by doing QA, etc.
