If I do not have that content in a document, I cannot make any
constructive criticism, or suggest any change.
I do not want to start another discussion.
If you can send me the document, then send it, if you cannot, then do
not reply explaining why the document is useless, because it is useless
for you but not for me, if I have requested it.
