Hi David,

I would humbly suggest that no-one should start butchering the site
content *right at this time*... It's *nearly* in a state in which I
could ask Florian if he could find time to launch the site live... I
will have finished with all the content on all the pages by tomorrow
morning CET.
No problem as far as I'm concerned, I was only pointing out, from my
straightlaced and rather boring paranoid lawyer's point of view, the
potential pitfalls in the terms used. ;-)
There's a lot of content already on there representing a great deal of
work as you quite rightly point out, and I just happened to be struck by
that page as I glanced through it. I haven't had time to read through
the rest yet, and I'm sure others will do so as well once the site goes
live.
When I referred to wanting to leave comments, Silverstripe has a
built-in comment facility that enables you to leave comments separately,
but which are linked to a given page (if I've understood it correctly),
and that is what I wanted to. That way, the page author/publisher can
decide whether he/she wants to integrate or take account of those
comments or not. As far as I know, the comments do not appear directly
in the page being commented on, but perhaps Christian could confirm /
deny ? Besides, it appears that I have no author rights with respect to
the English site, because I tried logging in yesterday and didn't get
anywhere (even though I can log in to the German and French parts).
All the best,
Alex
