File -> Close

and you will reach the "visual part" you mentined.

menu
of libreoffice.
I want to switch from an application in Libreoffice without closing that
application.
Can you tell me how I can do that, that makes it a lot easier to work
with
Libreoffice.
I know that the option is "Most recently open file", but sometimes I
forget
where I save a file, and then the visual part is easier.
