Hello this is a quick bug report about a catastrophic problem in Libre.
When a .gif is dragged into a slide, the program continues to allocate
memory, but does not deallocate memory, eventually causing a catastrophic
crash which can lose hours of work.
The other problem is that there is no session save, to prevent catastrophic
loss if a bug is to occur.
You may do whatever you want with this information
KIND REGARDS!
Question: Does it help if one does frequent saves? In other words: Is
the "drag" the cause of the "massive" memory allocation, and does a
"save" deallocate that memory?
