I am not sure if this is a bug or there is some adjustment I have missed. However, running LO6
in Mageia Linux, LO limits the minimum screen width. I cannot reduce Writer to less than about
60% of the screen width, while Calc will go down to a bit under half.
I feel a little silly, but I finally figured out what was happening. On my machine with 6.0 I
added the Anaphareus extension which appears as an option on the main bar -- and the length of
the bar determines the minimum width of the window.
I haven't followed every post on this thread, but is this behavior new
to LO 6? I find that, with my very old 5.1.6 on Linux Mint 18, I can
reduce the window size to anything I want and the toolbars just collapse
to fit my bidding.
