Hi Al,

the printing dialog has the option "Use only paper size from printer 
preferences" on the tab "Options". Check that.
Then go back to tab "General". There click on button "Properties".
That opens the settings dialog of your printer.
Now set the paper size and orientation there.

Is the preview correct?

If the preview is correct and it still prints wrong, then it is an error.
