Well, night here :-)
But you must be more specific and tell us exactly what you did to get
the error messages.
#VALUE means the formula returned a value not expected or the formula
referring to a cell containing characters instead of numbers or
something like this.
What did you wrote into the cell when you get the error 502? (It tells
that there is an invalid argument in the formula).
