Copy and paste? In what sense is this "like mail merge"?

You've given an extensive layout of some text, which doesn't help 
much. You haven't said what you wish to do with this if simply 
copying and pasting into a text document does not suffice. I could 
paste your material into a text document in less time that it takes 
to write this.
