[libreoffice-users] Calc Compatibility with xlsm

My apologies if this may have been posted before. I searched back in the archives about four months 
and did not find anything. 
I am currently using LibreOffice 3.6.0.2 and have been trying to use the xlsm files featured here 
https://people.highline.edu/mgirvin/AllClasses/216_2010/Content/04Excel/Excel2010.htm I find it odd 
that some xlsm files do open but not these ones. Is there a size limit or compatibility issue with 
xlsm files on some level? If so is there a plugin that can help open them? Thank you for your time.
