[libreoffice-users] Re: MS Office MacIntosh to Libre Writer Windows

Hi Alex
I needed some delay to check what software my friend had used : it was Pages , and I was using LO 
3.5
Thx to Miroslaw’s advice, I've installed LO 3.6.4.3 and the problem has disappeared.
I now can read the Mac docs.
Thanks to you, and thx also to everybody that has spent time to reply to me

We would need to know the application on the Mac and its version number 
used to produce this document. There are/were known bugs in both OOo, 
and now presumably AOO/LO with "DOC" files produced by some Mac 
applications, most notably due to codepage issues.
