When using a Memo field in a Base form, one can have multi-line text in it. I know how to specify this . The problem is with another property of the Memo field: what each line ends with for OS X. Unix uses a Line Feed to end a line, and Windows uses Carriage Return and Line Feed in combination. According to what I have found, OS X uses Carriage Return. The first two choices are available in Base, but I don't see a Carriage Return as a choice. Is it possible that when OS X sees the Carriage Return-Line Feed combination that it acts as if it only sees Carriage Return?
I would like to get some feed back from someone using OS X.
