The result being that even if they didn't know it before they do realise that it's a trivial task. Hence the more advanced users are, the more they tend to think most of what they do is trivial. Far less advanced users are often "a bit precious" and assume they are always doing advanced stuff even though they aren't. Regards from Tom :)
Interesting point. I think the "average" user tends to either, as you suggest, over estimate their skills and knowledge or are utterly fearful of the computer/program not working.
