Hi :)
It sounds as though LibreOffice-Arm is not ready yet. Apparently it is not yet compiled and
alpha-tested in Ubuntu. Even tho Debian and Ubuntu are in the same family Debian programs do not
always work well in Ubuntu.
As with most programs it is written for keyboard and mouse. You might be able to get an on-screen
keyboard. I am sure i have used one in Ubuntu before. Do you know how to search for software and
check that it is free? I vaguely remember it being in Accessibility features although that seems a
slightly mad place to look for an on-screen keyboard.
Regards from
Tom :)

hi,everyone:

Perhaps the simplest way is to install Debian - there are already packages for
ARM in repository.
There is official port to armel (http://www.debian.org/ports/arm/) and unofficial
(it just means that it has not yet met quality criteria - you can expect some
bugs and rough edges) port to armhf (http://wiki.debian.org/ArmHardFloatPort).
Although if you want to run LO on touchscreen device, it may be quite unusable
because of user interface which was created with mouse and keyboard in mind.
