[libreoffice-users] libre office and microsoft office access

I saw an article that we can link microsoft access with libre database, but i
could not figure out if the one that sent the access file had to send the
link or if I could initiate the link. also if I can link the file how is it
done? Also does it link with MS office 2003? I would like to make this work
so i can dump Windows and go completely with  linux, The rest of libre works
with Microsoft office so i can work with my gov. programs in linux.  hope
for any help on this problem, thanks
