Still the problem with the frame in the Writer that is if the direction
of the text flow inside the frame is set to "vertical" is not solved.
The border is not displayed if the text flow inside the frame is st
other than horizontal, from left to right.
This happens both on Windows and Linux (Debian squeeze)
