=INDIRECT("Data."&Data.H5&Data.M9)
with Letters column identifier in Data.H5 and number row identifier in Data.M9

If column identifier is a number, you can use INDIRECT & ADDRESS
=INDIRECT(ADDRESS(Data.M9;Data.H5;4;;"Data"))
