Loading the Extension on a MinGW from October 22nd (Build ID:
6335487-910838e-9c6ea62-e1a2fb3) I get a more expressive error message:
"loading component library failed: ...\binaryurp.uno.dll"

This is probably related to the UNO problems Thorsten is reporting in the
Dev mailing list...
