If they are bundled, you will find them in the setup in "optional 
components" and there in "extensions".

Is there something like "quickstarter" on Mac? If yes, you need to close 
it before you try to uninstall an extension.

It might be, that the data base is not updated correctly. You can try to 
force a synchronize. In your user profile in folder extensions rename 
the folder "bundled" and "shared" and "cache" and restart LO, perhaps 
again a second time. If that doesn't help you can turn back renaming.
