I think the LibreOffice devs do look at bug-reports and stuff posted against
OpenOffice but it's better to post again for LibreOffice to make sure that it's

The wiki page you linked suggests adding references to existing OOo
bugs, so I guess we should always fill a new bug at freedesktop.org?
When you post it please add the url addresses of the stuff posted against
OpenOffice so that people can see the state of play with OOo.
