I would consider that a bug. There should not be a difference in filter choices just because you use the LibreOffice Open/Save dialogs instead of the system ones. It might be a good idea for you to check out whether a bug report for this has already been filed here : https://bugs.freedesktop.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=ecific&bug_status=__open__&product=LibreOffice&content If not, then open a new bug report.
