Hi,
Thanks.
I use openSUSE 13.1 and is very fun. I used openSUSE at version 10.1.
I have to watch your DVD structure and I will tell you my mind.
Best regards,
Lucian

Take the ideas from the German and English DVD projects and make it
into "you own" version. I have had several people in non-English
countries use my project's DVD setup as the foundation of their
version. Of course they had to change the text to their native
language[s]. By doing this, you get some of the "template" code
already written for you. IT makes it much easier for others not
needing to create everything from scratch. That is what I did when I
changed to the current DVD format. I downloaded all of the styles and
scripts from the LO web site - several main versions ago - and built
my browser based DVD from there so it would look "similar" to the
official LO site but with my own variations. I plan on doing a major
over hall in the "near future", but I will have to write a lot of the
template scripting myself, for what I want the new [ 4.4.x?} DVD look
and feel.
Best of luck on your DVD.
I use Ubuntu and Linux Mint, plus Windows 7.
Liked Ubuntu 9.x better than the early version of openSUSE I tried on
an old desktop/server box [back then].

Hi,
I'm glad to know you. Your idea of LibreOffice Box I love and know
from the start. Unfortunately I need everything to be in Romanian.
I just wanted confirmation of the TDF and LibreOffice personnel that
can sell.
I wish to make an ecommerce site only open-source products. Do not do
it for money but for the fact that there is something to like and
promote these programs.
In Romania, coordinate openSUSE community and LibreOffice. Get
involved in activities and presentations. For example, in October 1,
together with open data department of the Government of Romania will
have a presentation each week in different cities.
Best regards,
Lucian

Hi all,
I want to make an ecommerce site through which to sell the CD / DVD
/ usb stick with LibreOffice.
Is it legal? Can I use LibreOffice logo on documents?
Best regards,

I have been selling a DVD of LibreOffice in the USA for awhile, on
and off.
Of course I do not make any profit on it, since I sell it at my costs.
Also, I have a link to the ISO file of the DVD for free downloading.
http://libreoffice-na.us/index.html
I do not have an eCommerce site for ordering, since any ordering is
through direct emailing and sending a check in the mail before I
ship the burned and printed DVD.
I have health issues and housing issues about doing business out of
a government subsidized housing. So I cannot even think of doing
any "official" business selling copies of the DVDs for a profit or
donation to TDF of anything over cost.
Check out my web demo versions of the DVDs. My DVDs are browser
based, so the online demo versions are the same format as the DVDs -
except for anytime I have a lag of syncing the updates to the demo
pages.
I still have to update the 4.2.5 to 4.2.6 and 4.3.0 to 4.3.1. I have
the ISO files for those newest versions online for downloading. I
just have not had the "bandwidth time" to upload the HTML page
changes along with the install files o those two online demo
versions. Maybe I will be able to set it up for tonight.
