The year of Linux desktop doesn't come, though.

Which version of ODF, though.
According to Wikipedia, ODF 1.2, the version LO and AOO saves by
default, is not an ISO standard yet.

It is also worth noting that neither iWork nor Office for Mac has
support for ODF.
