Yes, but is that the question that we should ask ourselves when putting
something on the webpage? Or rather: What helps us grow users and esp.
contributors? I dont think ancient and boring features in a flowing text help
at all. If anything something like:

 http://www.videolan.org/vlc/features.html

is what is the maximum we should subject the reader too. Everything that keeps
people from:

- the download button
- the donation button
- the contribution howto

for just one second is losing us users and contributors given todays short
attention spans.
