Hi :)
If we have pictures of people then i think a good mix of people might help.  All white, youngish 
chaps in jeans and t-shirts looks more like a national-front rally than an international community.

and would be happy for comments. It says:

frontpage and dont need the ambiguous clicks on the slideshow to lead there

"Community pictures" are those we use in the donation slideshow.
