Do you have all of the javascripts in the page's folder needed for it to 
work?

These are the files, plus the image and HTML files that I see needed for 
the page.

   behaviour.js     layout.css                            
   SelectionGroup.js
                                 misc.js
   en_US.js              photoshuffler.js typography.css
   form.css               prototype_improvements.js Validator.js
   i18n.js                  prototype.js
   jquery-packed.js  SelectionGroup.css
