Hi :) Lol! +1 He does a good job of 1. Putting people off LO and sending them scurrying back to MSO and others 2. Giving them technically correct answers Have you seen "House"? I wonder if that's why user-support for most companies is split into various tiers? 2nd and 3rd tier having far less contact with clients in their average day-to-day but still getting all the juicy problems that few others can handle.
