Another place that might be good to look for volunteers is the Users List.  Some people don't think of 
volunteering because they think that the only work that needs doing is as a developer / programmer.  Once 
they see there is another part of the project they start thinking wider and might look at the "Getting 
Involved" type pages.

It might be nice to give the Users List or use the Announce thing to give a good list of different 
parts of the project but even advertising just 1 part of the project can be quite effective for all 
(just don't expect to get swamped!).

Before sending this conversation into another big debate on the virtues of a forums, we should first re-visit and ask those who have already lift up their hands to help out.

This topic will obviously be a really touchy topic for some.

Of course, all lists will be asked if there are any people interested in helping out.
