Ahh, i got really muddled about what was being asked.  I think it sounds reasonable to ask for the 
money that was raised by the community that has now mostly moved to LibreOffice but i don't think 
we can expect them to comply.

Can a marketing person request a printed LO user guide instead of money? I
am approaching a Church School to adopt L O vice MSO. A book to show them
in my presentation will help.
