Hi Charles,
That is what I was hoping. If there is an agreed policy on this, then it
should be inserted into the wiki page so that everyone is under the same
understanding.
So let's keep it simple for the moment: the TM policy explicitly states
that the subline is restricted to the sole TDF entity.
