Hi :)
I like the idea there :)  Personally if i saw a splash-screen showing stuff like that my opinion of 
the product tends to plummet but that is probably not a typical reaction.  Most people like to see 
that what they are using is recognised as the best.

The stats for Go-oo should be deleted as Go-oo doesn't exist as a separate
entity anymore since it moved into LO completely very very early on.  The
0% makes it look like a failure whereas in fact it was and is a huge
success as an important part of the early developments of LO.  It is
interesting to see that Gnome Office has a higher percentage than Lotus
Symphony as i always thought Lotus was "more professional" and more widely
used in corporate markets.
