thanks a lot for communicating to this list, much appreciated! Indeed,

This is the most amazing part of it - being able to host our own talks 
during CeBIT is just wow. ;-)

Indeed. We still can host one or two corporations, sharing is also 
possible of course.

To my experience, booking that doesn't bring big advantage, but for 
those who want, the price is indeed true - the trade show company 
charges high fees for that.

I think we also need a German one, plus proofreading/updating the 
English one.

IMHO, there's an English version of the LibreOffice box available that 
we could use. Anyone knows how up to date it is?

Something for our design team. Can you ping them on the list?

I'm happy to work on that when we have some more details. I guess 
starting sending a set of press releases out beginning end of January 
should do.

What's even more important is to have enough booth personnel! We have 
created a wiki page for that at 
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/DE/CeBit2012 and there are still many 
empty days we need to fill. Having a booth but nobody there is worst 
case. ;-)
