[libreoffice-marketing] CeBIT press release

Hello,

for this years' CeBIT, we should issue a press release. I recommend 
starting with maybe even a set of PRs at late January, early February. 
Anyone already worked on that or volunteers?

Since CeBIT is in Germany, and I've been there many times, I'm happy to 
write a draft. ;-)
