I'm not sure but perhaps Florian is referring to a couple of promotional
videos I put together recently - I asked folks on the mailing lists if
anyone wanted to do a voice over in their native language for either.
Absolutely zero response...
But perhaps we can look at some new videos...actually I had two more in
mind - one more promo and one, Libo/TDF info/promo peice, for debut at
the conference maybe.
Truth is though I don't see much interest from people in getting
involved in doing anything like this.
There is some interest recently about training videos and certainly
there are plenty of tutorial type of videos coming out from different
sources..so, I don't know
indeed, the audio and video topic seems to be rather uninteresting for
people, sadly. :/ I recall I offered that voice-over topic many times,
and we have also talked about the video option a lot, also back in
OpenOffice.org times, but recepetion so far has not been that good --
although I think it would be an excellent thing to do.
I hope you don't get demotivated by the lack of feedback, and go on with
fostering the idea, so hopefully people will jump on that train soon! :)
Florian
