I am currently thinking on how to start that project. I think it should 
be a three step process for the moment:

(1) Writing some thoughts, ideas and "obligations"/duties (of the future 
marketing contacts) in a public wiki page.

(2) Spread the word on the local lists.

(3) Let people discuss on the local lists on candidates, who then can be 
proposed on the marketing list.

What do you think?
Any volunteers for step #1?
