Sorry for top posting but this won't do it any other way

I think this is a mistake, we need to show some real structure and movement in the community, right
now there seems to be about 20 people running the show and no real numbers for the rest

There also seems to be no way for anyone to jon or be apart of the foundation until some guidlines
are worked out, I came over because I really felt like my voice had not be heard in a long while at

We have a great opportunity here and do not want to miss it because we r in a holding pattern. If
yopu do not want to give out titles or responsibilities that is fine, but at some point soon more
people need to be included in the foundation and steering commitee

While there might be a need for MarCons in a near future,
there will be no titles issued for marketing until we have sorted the
structure, the membership process and the governance of the Foundation
and the LibreOffice project.

Well, we should probably distinguish between the internal and
external communication. Of course, I never use titles on Italian
mailing lists, since I agree that there is no need for them in that

But in external communication or important mailing list I use them
just to give a hint that e.g., if suggesting a blocker issue, we have
already discussed and confirmed it within the Italian community.

And in this respect Italo does the same as me, see announcements like
So it's not an unconditional aversion to titles, it just depends on

And for example I would find it useful that people authorized to
speak on behalf of the Document Foundation provide a hint somewhere
in their messages, so that we can judge their words accordingly.
