[libreoffice-l10n] Content for the Annual Report

Hello,

Each year we have to write the Annual Report. A part is dedicated to the 
work of translators and to what happened in the local communities. We 
collect the content on this pad:

You can have a look of the previous reports at the bottom of the pad for 
an example.

Please add what happened in your community to the pad or send it to me 
directly, I'll add it there.
