[libreoffice-l10n] toki pona translation

I have intent to translate Libre Office into toki pona.
I also have a discord server that has been constructed for this purpose though am willing to switch 
to a different method of communication.

toki pona is a constructed language (conlang) spoken by many people around the world.

ISO language code (iso639-3): tok
Name (english and toki pona): toki pona
Microsoft locale ID: Unknown due to the site being down at the moment.
Script: latin letters or "sitelen pona"
"sitelen pona" is a writing system using pictograms.
It has some fonts.
