Hi Stanislav,

thank you for your reply. I experienced this issue with this string again:

https://translations.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_help-master/textsharedoptionen/hsb/?q=state%3Aempty&offset=1

Weblate jumped two strings forward and the translated string was empty 
again.

It is similar as in your bug report but "saving" the string doesn't take 
a long time.
