The source string description (for RID_SVXSTR_OUTLINENUM_DESCRIPTION_0)
says: “do not translate this; instead describe the nth numbering style

That's unfortunate though, because it's not available in Weblate and
translators would have to lookup the locale data source file and even
understand what those numbering level styles are about and how they are
defined.
Perhaps I misunderstand, but Weblate DOES show that comment in the
String Information box.
But what I said is nothing new. This has always been true. I'm just
trying to make it very clear - especially since a change has been made.
Is there anything that I should be doing differently? I have no problems
reverting my change(s) if I am doing something wrong, or if there needs
to be better coordination.
Thanks,
Justin
