ok thanks folks. What about French team then? Is the workflow documented
on the wiki and could it include .po files? Or it just uses Pottle?

Regards,

Hi,

I would like to know if Libreoffice can be translated without Pottle.

Yes
mean, can I get files, and send them to someone or somewhere for review
or upload.
Depending on the language team work flow, it's a possibilty.

Can the translation be done continuously? Or it is "block"
per release (a cycle)?

I don't understand your question here. Work is not release based,
strings are.

Cheers
Sophie
