I don´t know how this appear but it seems to me that this is a dialog title.

If you check string after this one there is the description:

"The file could not be locked for exclusive access by %PRODUCTNAME, due to
missing permission to create a lock file on that file location."

Regards

Hey

https://translations.documentfoundation.org/pl/libo_ui/translate/uui/source.po#unit=93446950

Could someone tells me how can I trigger off dialog window with sentence
"Document Could Not Be Locked"?

Word "Locked" is too ambiguous without context.
