[libreoffice-l10n] Updates of Pootle later this week

Hi all,

For information, Christian will update Pootle for:
- 4.3.x, even if the string freeze is not yet there, he will already
update the files so we can begin to work.
- new website: he will update the strings needed for the new design, so
if you plane to switch your website to this design, please also
translate the strings here.
All this will be done later this week, so you can begin to work by the
end of the week.
