[libreoffice-l10n] Help section: double sentence in a same string

Hi All

I noticed various strings of this kind, for example:

<ahelp hid="." visibility="hidden">Opens the Edit Paths dialog, where you 
can select the directory to store AutoText.</ahelp> Opens the <link 
href="text/shared/optionen/01010301.xhp" name="Edit Paths">Edit Paths<
/link> dialog, where you can select the directory to store AutoText.
*****

(swriter/01.po > 02120000.xhp\n par_id3154852\n 57\n help.text)

As you can notice, the sentence is repeated but closed with different tags. Is 
it normal or is there something wrong?
