An en_US L10N team should have been created back when TDF was setting up LibOP.

Whilst waiting is always optional, by setting up something now, there is a fairly good chance that
the en_US version of LibO 4.3 won't contain the glaring spelling, grammer, vocabulary, and other
errors that were found in LibO 4.0, and 4.1.
