If Pootle was used to update Romanian localization of Libo, it would be 
visible (id of last contributor would be shown). However, it seems like 
nobody's working on Romanian localization currently:

"PO-Revision-Date: 2008-11-05 21:16+0100\n"
"Last-Translator: openSUSE translation\n"


I think the position of the Romanian lead is free ATM. ;)
